All Source Safety

Safety First, Always

At All Source, our approach to safety is driven by our shared sense of accountability and ownership. We drill down on the details, and always watch each other’s back. Our Five Pillars of Safety are the blueprint for how we plan, work, and keep each other safe. This proactive approach to safety on every job ensures that everyone stays safe on the job, so that they can continue to enjoy their lives outside of it.

Preparation

Before we build anything, we work with our partners to plan our approach to safety. We set up pre-planning meetings, drill down on our logistics plans, and reaffirm our commitment to the safety plan—and to each other. When the work starts, each day begins with stretch and flex, jobsite inspections, and tool checks. We don’t start work until we’re ready, and we don’t move forward until a safe working environment is implemented.

Foresight

We think through risks before they arise, identify hazards early, and prevent problems before they happen. Foresight keeps our people safe and our projects on track.

Awareness

Attention to detail is crucial—we stay aware of our surroundings, our teammates, and the work happening around us. We know that every detail matters and every action counts.

Communication

We speak up when we need to, we listen closely to each other, and we leave our egos at home. Clear, consistent communication up and down the ladder keeps us aligned.

Ownership

Safety is everyone’s job. We take responsibility for our actions and our environment, and we are accountable for the outcomes. Every team member is a leader when it comes to safety. If something’s unsafe, we fix it. If something goes wrong, we learn from it. We’re all in—every day, every job, every time.
