UCSD’s Pepper Canyon West Living and Learning Neighborhood is a 580,000-square-foot residential complex made up of two buildings and approximately 1,300 student beds.

All Source completed the interior finishes across both common areas and residential units. The scope required consistent coordination across a large footprint, with attention to durability in high-traffic spaces used daily by students.

Finish selections were installed to meet performance standards while maintaining a clean, modern look throughout the buildings. The result is a cohesive residential environment built to withstand long-term campus use.
