All Source completed the full interior and exterior painting scope for the UCSD North Torrey Pines Living & Learning Neighborhood, a large campus development serving both academic and residential functions.

The work included paint systems across classrooms, residential units, shared common areas, and exterior building surfaces. Coatings were selected and applied with long-term performance in mind, providing durability, weather resistance, and a consistent finish throughout the project.

Given the size of the development and the variety of spaces involved, coordination and sequencing were key. The completed work delivers a clean, uniform appearance built to hold up under daily campus use.
