At UCSD’s Theater District Living & Learning Neighborhood, All Source completed the full paint and wall covering scope across Buildings 1, 4, and 5.

The work covered student living areas as well as shared community spaces, each requiring consistent finish quality across a wide range of surfaces. Textile and vinyl wall coverings were installed with tight seams and careful detailing to ensure clean lines and long-term performance.

Interior paint systems were applied across multiple substrates, maintaining uniform coverage and finish consistency throughout the buildings. In high-wear areas, epoxy coatings were installed to provide added durability where it was needed most.

Close field coordination and ongoing quality checks helped keep the work on track and up to standard. The finished result is clean, cohesive, and built to hold up to daily campus use.
