All Source completed a 10,000-square-foot tenant improvement for CommScope’s Southern California office.

The scope included construction of electrically dense server rooms, lab workstations, conference rooms, and supporting office areas. Major electrical upgrades, rooftop HVAC integration, and security system enhancements were incorporated to meet the facility’s continuous 24/7 operational demands.

Given the technical requirements of the space, coordination between trades and adherence to performance standards were critical. The completed build-out delivers a controlled, reliable environment designed to support sensitive equipment and uninterrupted operation.
