Cuicacalli is an SDSU residential dining facility that supports the surrounding student dormitories. The project consisted of a 7,500-square-foot tenant improvement including conference rooms, restrooms, a reception lobby, and office space.

All Source served as the general contractor and self-performed the tile finishes, painting, and rough carpentry. Coordination between trades and schedule control were critical given the limited construction window.

The project was completed on an accelerated 2.5-month timeline to allow the facility to reopen ahead of the fall semester. The finished space delivers updated finishes, improved functionality, and a clean, durable environment built for daily campus use.
